  First time here. They were quick....I always listen to the communication between those working on my rig - excellent and precise. So appreciate that.....gives me confidence in thier work. I had an oil change and a fuel filter done (which they ordered and got delivered immediately). Also appreciate the coupon I was able to use. Im a little bummed about more businesses going cashless..... Overall a great experience with everyone. Thanks guys and gals!

  The employees were very kind and extremely personable. They were thorough and easy to talk to as well. I only went in for one thing but they pointed out something else that my car was doing and got me fixed up today which saved me a lot of stress. I can’t remember the woman’s name who worked there, possibly Hunter, but she is a great asset to your company. She was very relatable and sweet to my child during our wait time. If you read this, thank you so much for your kindness. Thank you all for your help and time today.

  Don’t go to the Jiffylube on 1400 North in Logan. I left my truck with them for several hours for an oil change. When I came back it was parked on the north side of the building with the hood up. The technician took me to my truck and pulled the dipstick to show that it was full. It was full but I noticed the oil was really black for having just barely been changed. I had to get to a meeting that was several blocks away but when I got there I pulled the dipstick again just because it did not look like fresh oil and again it was very black. So I decided to go back to Jiffylube and have them look at it. A different technician came and looked at it and then went and got the manager. The manager didn’t want to talk about it and just said that it is because it is a diesel engine. I told him that I have seen it before right after it was changed and it never looked like that. He just kept saying it was because it was a diesel. I left without causing an issue and needed to get on the road. An hour and a half later as I was driving down the freeway my truck gave me the “change oil soon” message. I had driven about 60 miles from when they supposedly changed my oil. There was not a new sticker on my windshield either. The oil change cost me over $120.00 and they did not perform the service that I paid for. This is fraud. I wonder how many others they have done this to. I reached out to them again today and they said that they would take it to the district manager so I will update my post if things get resolved.

  We went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change on our 2008 Yukon Denali. After the oil change was complete, we noticed some oil leaking under the vehicle. Turns out that the oil filter was not tightened down correctly and we lost 2 quarts of oil. Very frustrating that you go to a professional and this is the quality of work you get. We had to go to another jiffy lube to have them fix the problem. Luckily we notice the oil leak or we could have lost our engine. They did not comp our oil change or offer anything in return for the time and effort we had to put into getting this fixed. Sorry but this does not fair well with me hence the low rating.

  The service people were very professional. They worked fast and as a team. However, I looked at the receipt under complimentary services. The coolant was very low and they marked OK. I had the attendant look at it and he said, yes, its quite low. When I asked if they would fill it they said that it would be $10. The windshield was not cleaned, and the receipt said it was. Nor did they look at the windshield wipers and it was marked Ok. The attendant looked at them when I asked them to. The windshield washer fluid was not visible, so I asked the attendant if he would fill it, which he did. It only took a cup or so. So evidently they had put some in. They did check the tires which we appreciate. I know that these things are small, but it caused me to wonder what other things might they have slipped over? It might help if on the receipt the complimentary services would be separated from the services that need to be paid for and the ones that go along with the oil change. Thank you for your attention! One day when I had taken the truck aline my husband notice a large oil spill on our garage floor under the truck. Yesterday we returned to Jiffy Lube to have a look at it. Again they were very professional and said that they would check it out. They found that the plug to the oil pan had not been screwed in right. They said that they would take care of it and top off the oil that was lost. They did it, but failed to top off the oil. One of the attendants was talking to us and they they told us that it was all good and we could go. We didn't think about them topping off the oil, and left. We realized once again, they had not accomplished the whole job. It was very disappointing. We will not be going back to that Jiffy lube.
