I went to get my oil changed and it brought the oil and everything so I provided the oil it's not like they had to use more of their own oil however they showed me the dipstick and it was at the low line. So it wasn't till the full line it was at the low line and I asked him to fill it up even more to the full line and he put the dipstick back in and then pulled it out and I'm pretty sure he just let the oil run up the dipstick to make it look like it was at the full line when it wasn't. However I took his word for it a couple days later I felt like my engine was running hard and so I pulled over and checked the oil and it was below the low line. It did not burn several quarts of oil in a couple days. So that's what he did. He let the oil run up the dipstick to make it look like it was full when it wasn't and they almost killed my engine because they didn't want to just put more oil in it even though I provided the oil so it would have costed them nothing. So I went back later to get another oil change and they said they put fittings on my suspension however my suspension is squeaking now and it wasn't doing that before I went there and they supposedly put fittings on. So I don't know for sure exactly and I'm going to get it checked somewhere else however my suspension was perfectly quiet before I got my oil changed and they supposedly put fittings on the suspension. So I'm not sure why that is supposedly put fittings and now my suspension is squeaking unless they did not put fittings and they made my suspension squeak somehow and they took fittings off. I don't know I'm going to go get it checked somewhere else however I'm just going to do my own oil changes from now on I was trying to do them a favor. I gave the guy a hug the first time I went there because I was that friendly and they're disappointing me every time

It would have been a perfect experience however the rep working with me didn't know they don't check cabin air filters on Lariat F150's. So he spent extra time trying to get that out and struggled to get it put back into place. Besides that hiccup it was a great experience and I was happy to see the speed improvement since my last oil change. Great location!

There were two cars behind me, and the second bay also had a line of vehicles, so he offered me a “fat discount” for the inconvenience. I agreed to wait based on that offer. After waiting a total of 45 minutes, I was finally brought into the bay for my oil change. However, the service members had switched, and the person ringing me up was not the same one who offered the discount. When I mentioned the discount, he ignored my comment and instead asked if I had any coupons to apply. I told him I had a 20% off coupon, which he scanned. I was pretty upset to realize that my so-called “fat discount” ended up being exactly what I would have received with the standard coupon—no additional consideration for the delay. From the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left, over an hour had passed. Very, very disappointing experience. After years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be going back.
