They noticed the radiator needed to be replaced, but while working on that noticed the engine block was cracked. They explained everything to me, and the manager was willing to give me a very good discount on the radiator given the fact that the car is still basically useless. Then the mechanics were extremely and proactively helpful, offering to tow the car back to my house and give me a ride home. I appreciated that.
