We then sat in front of an empty bay for around 20 minutes. Cars started lining up behind us and leaving after no change. They then let two cars go threw the bay next to us (both getting oil changes) before we finally were signaled into the bay. We were the first car there arriving around4:50 and one of the last car there leaving around 5:45. The staff did not seem to have their order of operation figured out. I would recommend going to a different place to avoid unnecessary stress. The service was as expected and went with no issues.

I had to take back to JiffyLube where techs " said there was over fill dripping " techs washed it out and then said truck needed a transmission flush at 30,000 miles? Why wasn't this disclosed upfront / initial oil change? Asked for a quote....came back home and truck is still leaking oil. Not happy now have to schedule my truck for another shop either BigO or Nissan to figure out why my truck is leaking oil when my truck has never dripped oil in the past full stop. I know have a brand new drive way.

My family was stranded in Winco and I drove to Jiffy across the street with my engine overheated. Ty and his boss got to work on my car right away. They ordered the part from auto zone, Ty drove to pick it up, installed it and they stayed a half hour after closing to work on my car. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me.

What did I pay for? It ended up being like $20 more. The oil change took like 5 minutes, which usually I would say is awesome, but it felt rushed like they didn't check everything they are supposed to. I'm used to full service including checking the lights, wipers, filters and such. They did none of that. Next time I'll find somewhere that is actually cheaper or actually has the full service.

That evening I noticed oil leaking out of of the oil plug so I took my car back in on December 13th with a request they either tighten the plug or address the gasket, whichever was the source of the leak. The service was quick and the staff was friendly however on the morning of December 14th I awoke to find several quarts of oil on the floor of my garage. Upon investigation I found the oil plug was loose (never tightened). After tightening the oil plug continued to leak, although much more slowly, so I took my car to another mechanic who showed me the gasket had not been attached correctly, essentially cross threaded and needed to be replaced. This is the most frustrating oil change experience I have ever had... so disappointing.
