- DSDawson Snyder4 days ago2.0Came to get an emissions test and reregister my car. They did not reregister my car or log the test with the MVD, but they did give me an oil change I did not ask for. Oil change was quick, just didn't ask for it.

Then they said to pull forward and they would cash me out, went in to pay and had to sit there for 20 minutes as a dude with a metal face told me about an old Highschool sports injury. Then he charges me for everything, just waiting to get the registration printed and he disappears. A manager then comes in, says they cannot do my registration because the emissions tester isn’t working, although I don’t even need my emissions tested this year, proceeds to only give me a partial refund until I say something. Then they can’t even give me a new oil change sticker, and say I’ll just need to wait for my (turbo engine) to kick on a light…. I’m newly divorced and have never had to do this alone before, not a great first time experience!
