  I went for an oil change today. I was able to get there and was told 10-15 minutes per car. Which they were at a pretty good pace. Then the shift lead (I think) left for lunch and suddenly there was errors in the computer system and a bunch of things they didn't know how to fix. So despite my car being done for 30 minutes (45 minutes in the bay) they said it was just not in their system and that I needed to wait for it to be there. Which I did until eventually the shift lead came back and fixed everything. Within about 3 minutes of her return myself and another person who was in the same situation was able to walk out after paying. Overall got the oil change done, but was not a good experience.

  On this busy Saturday morning we were immediately greeted by Riley who guided us where to park, checked and fixed the tire pressure on all four tires, replaced a cap that was missing then said "Thank you! Have a blessed day!" We are having a blessed day, by such amazing service! I wish every industry had the equivalence of having a Riley at a South Logan Jiffy Lube! What a wonderful experience! I will be telling my friends and family!

  I brought my car in for a routine oil change and noticed that several customers who arrived after me were finishing and leaving. After checking in with the technicians, I was informed that a technician had accidentally drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil on my 2017 Audi Allroad. Not realizing this at first, they then overfilled the engine oil, thinking the oil had already been drained. This was extremely frustrating and stressful; especially since I was there right before a long drive and what should have been a 20-minute service turned into several hours. Given that this car has a turbocharged engine, was briefly started while overfilled with oil (ALSO partially drained of trans fluid), AND that Audi turbos and sealed transmissions are sensitive, I requested (per several people’s advice) that the car be towed to a German specialist, as mistakes like this can sometimes lead to delayed issues. The shop declined, explaining that they needed the opportunity to correct the mistake in-house. Although I was hesitant, I ultimately allowed them to proceed (I really wasn’t given much of a choice, they told me I’d be responsible to pay if we towed it elsewhere) . To their credit, once I prompted them to explain the error to me, the response was thorough and serious. The operator personally came to the shop, called in their most experienced technician on their day off, and walked me through exactly what had happened and how they would correct it. They documented everything, stayed several hours past closing, and made sure the job was completed the same day so I could still leave (albeit later than planned). I then drove approximately 700 miles directly from the shop, and aside from a slight oil smell initially, the car performed normally. While I’m still cautious about long-term outcomes, I appreciate how the situation was handled after the mistake occurred. Errors can happen in any workplace; what matters is how they’re addressed. Darren and his team took responsibility, worked late to make it right, communicated clearly, and didn’t charge me anything. They even included new wiper blades. Based on how they handled a serious mistake, I would consider returning, especially knowing they were willing to stand behind their work.

  The person who helped was knowledgeable and polite. He was patient when explaining to me about the schedule for emissions testing in Logan Utah.
