From the time my car went into the garage to the time I walked up and said "Hey my car has been sitting out there for a while" was over an hour. I can go to autozone buy the oil and change my own oil in less time. I also asked them not to remove my cabin filter because my glove box is finicky and the clips are damaged. They ignored that, now my glove box is toast and is now hanging from one clip and will need to be totally replaced. $$ I'm done with grease monkey and am really disappointed they have been my go to company for oil and simple repairs but I have lost all confidence. They only reason I didn't go back in to complain about my glove box is because it took so long I was late for work.
