- KKKyleJan 6, 20261.0I went to Grease Monkey for an oil change, emissions test, and light bulb replacement. It took the technicians 2 hours to complete the services. They apologized 6 times and come to find out they couldn’t figure out how to change the lightbulbs which took them 45 minutes, this compounded their process because now they couldn’t do the emissions test in the oil change bay or at the same time so they spent another 40 minutes for emissions. Unfortunately, they were down 2 technicians throughout the process because they were cleaning up the bay where they sprayed oil all over the floor side the side rails of the man hole. It was not a quick service, they did not keep me informed, and if they aren’t qualified to list services they are capable of doing they shouldn’t advertise them. I hope my experience is a one off but it was very poor and very slow.
