They offered excuses but no resolution. It's the only rent a car business in Logan, UT, but I would suggest you drive somewhere else because the Logan store is horrific.

Oh and God forbid you drop it off after hours because they’ll come up with the most ridiculous excuse to grab your money and file a claim but refuse to talk to you about it for 3 months. We dropped a vehicle off there on a Friday evening, Saturday they are open and the associate (great guy— not giving his name) told me that they do review cars on Saturday and looked over THE CAR WE RENTED and “didn’t see anything wrong with the windshield that day” but come Tuesday I get a call and there’s a “crack all the way across the windshield” and now it’s our fault? Wouldn’t send us pictures, wouldn’t let us go see the vehicle as it’s “already in the shop” and now fighting with us to pay the $500 to replace the windshield. Absolutely off their rockers— make sure to take pictures when you drop off here because they’ll get ya!
