  Absolutely great folks. They are willing to work with getting you in for things that are semi-urgent, and are honest and fair. They do a great job in all facets of care.

  I purchased a part from 1A auto and they sent me the wrong part. I installed the part only to have it fail a few months later. I contacted 1A auto and had to go through quite the process to get them to finally agree to let me return the part. I had to pay over $60 in shipping just to return the faulty part, not to mention the cost to align the car and install the part a second time. While the parts from this company are usually good, their return policy and warranty services are not.

  Best shop in town. Their inspections with the service is very thorough and informative, you get a text with all the concerns very easily noted and the good things. Have never had any bad experiences here and will always suggest this shop to anyone in need.
