  I have been a loyal customer for YEARS, I have never felt such rage and frustration; this location specifically as well as others has continually SCRATCHED my car and when I went in 3 weeks ago the car wash RIPPED off my trim. I was extremely disappointed and I went to make a report and after 3 weeks I have not heard anything back. I have not washed my car in 3 weeks because I don’t want my door getting wet and rust potentially ruining my door even more. They haven’t canceled my membership or refunded my money from last month. I sent them an email which was provided for in the incident email; they did not respond to me but instead had a bot email me regarding my cancellation “request”. I am outraged at the lack of communication care and support for loyal paying customers. Not only did the car wash SCRATCH my car it RIPPED my trim and it still couldn’t even clean my car. My car had dirt ALL over and I usually always would go through it twice and still have to manually wipe down my car. This is diabolical for a car wash company to be okay running like this. Ive been reading other quick quack reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence.

  This location and company is horrible at resolving issues. My friend had a car in perfect condition and over time developed not just micro scratches, but completely scratched off paint from her car looking as if someone keyed her whole side. Not only that but now a piece of her trim that was flush and not lifting at all before got completely ripped up. It is now poking out into the air and nobody has made any progress in her case and it’s almost been a month now. The inside of her door is now exposed causing excessive damage to be made if any moisture gets in there. They are doing nothing to solve this and it is outrageous.

  Friendly employees, went in to wash my car and everything was awesome, highly recommend. I just recently got my membership here and can’t complain.
