- KDKevin DixMar 30, 20261.0I am extremely frustrated with the service at this location. I brought my Explorer in for a standard oil change, but the team refused to service it, claiming a "turbo leak" was dripping onto the exhaust and creating a dangerous fire hazard. The Reality: After leaving, I immediately took my vehicle to a reputable, certified repair shop for a second opinion. They confirmed that while there is an extremely minor leak, there was absolutely no evidence of oil ever dripping onto the exhaust or posing a safety risk. The Impact: Because of this blatant misinformation, I had to pay $160 for a diagnostic fee at another shop on top of the cost of the oil change. This entire process was a nightmare and a total waste of my time and money. I feel completely misled by this team. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you want an honest assessment of its condition.
