Upon driving home I noticed a smell of burning oil. When I got home I checked the oil level and it appeared over the limit. Also some oil spilled below the engine area. I called him and he drove to our place to check my oil level- which was fine. Also, he said to stop by any time so he could clean up the oil mess. So I did stop by this am, and true to his word, he cleaned up the spill. So I really appreciate that he kept his word and went beyond the call of duty.

They claimed to have topped off all my fluids, but when I started my car the very next day, the coolant was completely empty. When I called to address the issue, the area manager, Heather, was extremely unprofessional — she cussed me out, raised her voice, and hung up on me instead of helping. During the conversation, Heather Gren told us that due to Volkswagen’s coolant system design, there’s no way to get an accurate reading on the coolant level so they don’t even take the coolant cap off unless they see that it’s at minimum. After some further questioning and as the call escalated, she changed her story and claimed she had checked the cameras and could see from the footage that the coolant was full and didn’t need to be checked. The inconsistency and attitude were completely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially after paying for a service that clearly wasn’t done properly. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
