They recently updated their policy to not allow trucks/SUVs with roof racks through the wash. I've gone through dozens of times with my rack (which is bolted to my car) and never had a problem. Since they won't let me use the wash, I've cancelled my membership. Seems like a silly policy change when they used to just turn off the overhead brushes. Super frustrating.
