  Went there this morning, this is my 3rd time using this location and every time I'm there, the same second roller brush cleaning the right side of the vehicle is always out of commission and not working. Not sure if it's permanently that way. Should fix it quickly. Don't subscribe each month for a partially clean vehicle or partially working equipment. The price is reasonable but when operations are sub standard due to maintenance issues or equipment malfunction, makes membership value decrease.

  Equipment damaged my vehicle (scratches, tires didn't release when the sign said "go"). Employees are aggressive about pushing memberships (probably not the high schools kids' fault; I've worked retail myself and know that is coming from management/ownership). Will actively avoid this chain in future.

  This Quick Quack is on another level! Super clean site and the staff is awesome, which made washing my car so much easier. Honestly, my local Quick Quack needs to come take notes from this Lehi location! Shoutout to the crew and management for the great service. I'll definitely be back!

  Unfortunately not having a matt clip to vacuum the floor matts is a deal breaker for me. It is very annoying to try and hold the matt, Vacuum and door open at the same time and then when fishing the matt where to put it while we vacuum under the matt. Kinda of a no Brainer to have a floor matt clip. Not looking to make my trips longer than they need to be trying to juggle floor matts while vacuuming and no I don't want to put them on the street floor or sidewalk. I'd suggest getting this fixed please.
