  I have a Honda civic and there is a skid plate that needs to be removed when changing my oil. A few days after I brought it to this location I heard my car scraping on every bump in the road. When I got home I saw that the skid plate was barely hanging on. When I took it back, they said there were only 2 out of the 10 bolts holding it on. They replaced what they could but do not have all 10 bolts. They said I was still in need of two more and told me to just go to an auto zone for the parts.. I then started hearing the scrape again and took it to the Honda dealership where they replaced the missing bolts and told me I actually had 3 missing. Very disappointed because I am usually very happy with my service here. I don’t think I can comeback knowing that I’d be paranoid that they would not secure the part again in the future…

  I showed up to see about an oil change never been there before and had some questions first. Everyone was really helpful. They explained everything. They do a really good service. The service manager was very patient when I was having trouble with my card to pay. I recommend them, and for sure have all my vehicles serviced there. 👍

  They were very explanatory and friendly! It was also very efficient, there were multiple people working together to get everything done quickly. Multiple managers spoke to me and were very friendly and grateful for my visit. I will be back!

  I usually go to the Kaysville location for all my oil changes and it is always Top Notch service there. I needed to get my tires rotated and they told me that I needed to go to the Layton location which I did. It was just a cluster bomb from start to finish. Simple tire rotation turned into hour and a half long wait and nothing ended up happening. First they couldn't find a hubcap removal tool. He told me that I probably would have to go to the dealer. I showed him that he could just pull it off. Second the socket broke while trying to remove my rim and it rounded and scuffed up my lug nut. It was the only socket they had for that specific size so they were unable to remove the tire. I was informed by the regional manager that they would order a new socket and a new lug nut and they would get a hold of me when it came in but it has been 3 weeks as of now and I've heard nothing. I understand that things happen sometimes that are out of our control. It's just lack of communication that irks me a little bit.

  I was there for almost 2 hours. They didn't update me until close to the end when I finally asked what was happening. I was stuck in my car with 4 upset children. One of the techs broke the dipstick and got it stuck in the housing tube. They tried for a long time to get it out but weren't successful. I have to go to another shop for them to work on it and replace the part. I've never had this happen in all of my years of getting and doing oil changes. The communication from the team was terrible and I am not happy with the outcome.
