This new generation doesn’t want to talk to you and honestly acts scared if you approach them lol; so my reaction to her coming was shocked. She was originally going to give me a free car wash to see if I liked it but ended up giving me a whole month free!! Wow!! I’ll definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed the car wash and the vacuums. It’s a good vibe there; you actually feel welcomed and not rushed at all. It’s definitely the peace of mind I need throughout the day to keep going. Anyway, give Sarah a raise!! I honestly thought she was the manager… was surprised she wasn’t. She definitely made my day! Thank you Tommy’s Express Car Wash.

The second time didn't get the job done either, but Chuck was pleasant and tried to help out. Chuck gets 5 stars, the carwash itself gets 2. 35 bucks should mean that I don't have to use a rag to clean missed dirt on the side of my truck. Unfortunately, it didn't. Just for clarity: Chuck gets 5 stars, the carwash gets 2. Overall 3.5.

My wife and I were using their free vacuums when Sarah came out to greet us and was very pleasant and explained all they had to offer and gave us a welcome basket. And today for veterans day I got a free carwash and once again Sarah was there smiling as always. The car wash was very nice and I am now going to be getting a monthly subscription. I highly recommend this shop!
