- YMYahir MargaritoNov 24, 20251.0I am a writing a review today for my dad who was in today early this morning he went in to get a new battery for the remote of suv keys but denied service he went in and the manager told him that if he had a screw driver to open the key of the car key remote the manager told my dad that he had to get something from online in order to get the battery replaced so then another team member tried to help my dad but the manager had told his employee to not help my dad and to figure out how to do it on his own. It sucks to say I don’t know if my dad was getting denied service by the race he is or if these people just don’t want to help any body these days

- ABA BlackOct 6, 20251.0Dad to a teenage daughter, I was out of town and she said her battery was dying. Called the store, arranged for payment and installation of a 🆕 battery. My daughter got to the store along with my ex-wife and the older gentleman was abrasive, rude and made it known he was unhappy about installing the battery. I was on speakerphone as my daughter was getting overwhelmed. With the way he was talking to her. he was Kurt, and when I reaffirmed, I wanted the battery installed whether his recommendation was a new battery or not he hung up the phone on me. Abhorrent and completely unacceptable for a man to talk to a teenage girl and a single mom in that way, let alone as customers. Our business will never purchase another product for our fleet from that store. Signed, Anxious Dad waiting to get back in town and have a meeting 10/6/2025

After 2 extra trips, we were able to figure out what I was doing wrong. We got the right bulbs. They had lots of patience and dealt with my terrible frustrated attitude like this understood and deal with it everyday. Experts and I wont question them again
