  They were able to get me in quickly to service two of my cars in the same afternoon. One of which was a 1969 Chevy Nova and it put them in a loop trying to figure out how to accommodate such an old vehicle but I was fairly impressed how quickly they figured everything out and had me out the door. As well as being able to stay quick and efficient while also admiring the car at the same time.

  I opted in to have my rear windshield wiper replaced, but before checking to see if the had the right part, they had it off and apart. By apart I mean when they couldn’t get their replacement blade to fit, they tried swapping out just the rubber that wipes the window. Nope. Then, trying to pull my original blade without rubber back off. They snapped it. It’s been well over a week and I’VE had to call for updates. I had to check to see if it got ordered, had to check when it may get in, and I still don’t even know ANYTHING because they don’t know either. I’m happy they ordered a new blade for me. Monday rolled around and not only did I receive a call from their customer service center. I also received a call from Cisco himself letting me know the windshield wiper blade had come in and that they will install it for me as soon as I’m able to get there. Upon arriving, I was greeted. Cisco came right out with the windshield wiper blade and even had his manager come out and install it to make sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely be returning to this Valvoline, even though it’s a little bit out of my way.

  Was greeted immediately upon arrival with a smile and friendly attitude. Was quoted a time and was right on time. I had emissions inspection performed on my wife’s jeep grand Cherokee by assistant manager Josh and he was very professional, happy, smiling, and excellent to work with. This is the best shop I have been to in 15 years, including topping the service at shops I’ve worked at myself. The whole crew working there today, Saturday 2/28/2026 all deserve a raise and bonus for holding it down calmly, efficiently, professionally, and all with great attitudes and smiles, during a rush and making each customer feel like they are the only ones there. Zero pressure service, will for sure be going here again in the future. If anything, @manager, buy this crew lunch from somewhere nice. They 1000000% earned it.

  Good quick service. I got straight into a stall and they had everyone available working my car to complete it as quickly as possible. They were all respectful as well.
