I kept an eye on my bank account to see the credit come through, but it never did. I kept an eye on my lapsed Mister account to see if the free month ever came through, but it never did. I went back the next week and this time the general manger, Chandler Hollberg, was there. I told him how I had never received a refund for the wash that ripped my antenna off, and I had never seen the free month come through, either. He apologized, let me go through the wash at no cost, and told me he would get working on the free month immediately. Well, it's two months later, and I still haven't gotten a free month of washes. So not only does the car wash damage your car, they don't stand behind their promises.
