  These guys read us pretty good as far as want,s need,s and what we could afford, made us feel comfortable and set us up great.

  If you do business with Camping World be prepared for a Jekyll & Hyde experience. In the beginning they are your best friend and will bend over backwards to make you feel like they care, but if you have an issue or need any help with anything, they will drag their feet and put you off like you are an annoyance to them. The Service Manager Ray is about as useless as anything, and should be back in the back stocking shelves. And even then I would question his ability to do that right. I had an ice maker part that he and his staff searched for months to get and after an exhaustive search he claimed was no longer available. On a Sunday morning I searched and found it within 15 minutes. I repeat, 15 MINUTES!!!! I contacted the service rep I was dealing with the very next day and they confirmed it was the correct part, ordered it, and had it in hand by the end of the week. I decided to sell my RV and cancel the remainder of my extended service contracts. That was another debacle that I am still dealing with. It took 4 months to get one contract cancelled and get my refund check. The other 3 contracts are still being worked and it has now been 5 months since I started the cancellation process. And forget about trying to get the General Manager Austin to do anything to help. He should be stocking shelves with Ray. The bottom line is this, Go Somewhere Else to buy an RV. That is to say there is anywhere else better to do business with. From what I hear, they're all about the same when it comes to getting anything done after the sale.

  This specific location is absolutely ridiculous! They make you give your drivers license and fill out paperwork if you are wanting to see any RV’s then to make matters worse after giving them all your information they make you speak with a sales associate who will then push you for a sale. Mind you if you just want to only look you still have to go through hoops and high pressure. The constant texts, emails are not the way to get a sale. Never experienced such crappy service. Whoever manages this particular place needs to be fired. I’ve had to block them.

  The bathrooms downstairs were broken due to a pipe problem and i was directed upstairs to the employee bathrooms. they were filthy the floor was super gross and looked like it hadn’t been properly mopped in months. when coming out of the bathroom, i notified an older woman with shoulder length blonde hair and toilet paper wrapped around her head (who was holding a broom) that there wasn’t any toilet paper left in the stall i had used (because i had used the last of it) and she was incredibly rude to me. i will never be coming back here or giving any camping world my business. i have never in my life had such a disrespectful conversation with a janitor. they need to get new help there.

  ⭐ Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had I was promised “VIP treatment,” and what I got was the exact opposite. From the start, communication was terrible—especially with the finance manager. I was not kept informed about what was going on, and trying to get answers felt like pulling teeth. I specifically did a pre-approval application ahead of time to avoid issues, and it ended up not mattering at all. I made an appointment and was told the RVs would be warmed up and ready when I arrived. That did not happen. I toured the RVs by myself with no assistance. I had three trailers I wanted to see—one was in the shop, and the other two were outside with no power and not warmed up whatsoever. Completely unprepared and unprofessional. Customer service was awful, the finance team was even worse, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I do buy an RV, it absolutely will not be from here. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
