Kayla helped me get it free and sold me a Duralast battery. I felt bad that she assisted me with manicured nails, but she was great! They asked for my number and pulled up my account but didn't hand me a printed receipt. I get home; they don't fit. Drove to the nearest Autozone (this one) and they will not return or exchange the blades because I don't have a printed receipt. They asked me to drive miles back to the other store in a torrential downpour with wipers that don't work because "they can pull it up". Do I need to point out it was Autozone that screwed up three times here; 1) wrong part, 2) didn't give a receipt, 3) What is the phone number for if pur hases aren't tied to it and why can one store "look it up" but you can't. I've never landed so firmly on the side of Karen's everywhere and I'll never purchase from any Autozone again.
