  I was visiting Hurricane when I got an alert on my Tesla telling me I needed to replace my low-voltage battery which is just a basic 12 V car battery. I went into AutoZone to ask for some assistance and a young lady was very rude and told me that they don't carry batteries for Tesla's. I tried to explain to her that it was just the low voltage one not the large battery pack. She replied "we don't carry those here" When someone is unwilling to help me, I refuse to give them my business. Luckily there was an O'Reilly auto parts just across the street. I went onto the O'Reilly's website and looked up the battery I needed, which stated it was in stock. After entering O'Reillys, they immediately got the battery for me and even gave me tools. I needed to change the battery in their parking lot. The customer service at O'Reillys was excellent while I was not at all helped by the employees at AutoZone.

  My daughter’s car began having problems while on her honeymoon. We live out of state and didn’t know how to help her but my husband suggested she go by an Auto Zone and see if they could run a diagnostics test. We were so worried because they had to drive to Vegas and catch a flight the next day. Paul Moses was an answer to our prayers! He helped my daughter and son in law successfully diagnose AND fix her car! He was so incredibly nice and helpful. He even gave them a discount on the parts! We can’t say enough good things about Paul! He went above and beyond and saved our newly weds! We are so grateful for him! His kindness made all the difference in the world! Thank you so much, Paul for being such an amazing person! The world needs more people like you! You are an inspiration to us all to be better and go the extra mile for others. Thank you a times over!

  I would like to share my experience of how well I was taken care of at this location. I needed to have my battery replaced before heading out of town the next day and was having trouble finding a place on Sunday that would do it, also because of the nature of where my battery is located under the hood. I was turned away by a few different places but when I came to this AutoZone, Robbie was so kind and went out of his way to help me get my battery replaced that day. It was very refreshing to receive this kind of care and thoughtfulness from someone when I was in a bind. Thank you Robbie, you are an example of humanity and customer service at it's best!

  Chris and Dustin went above and beyond with helping my cousin and I as we were stranded at this auto zone in Hurricane, Utah as we were traveling back home to California. Instead of us having to stress more with spending time and money to get back home, Chris and Dustin: troubleshot our car problem, helped us get the correct part needed, supplied the tools needed to fix the problem, helped and guided us along as we replaced the needed part to fix our car issue. To say they were helpful is an understatement, they were life savers! Chris was outside in the cold, getting his hands dirty while uplifting our moods in a time of distress. God bless these 2 men, If I were their boss I’d give them an immediate raise.
