  So I had what turned out to be a hellacious day. I'm out camping in the wilderness and I brought one debit card. I go into town to fill up my gas tank and find out last night for some reason they decided to close my account after finding suspicious activity and immediately closing it within an hour and a half with no notification and no warning. This left me 130 mi away from home on almost empty. A friend asked if I could get to the next closest town which was 65 mi away and I can pick up a prepaid debit card to cover the gas. We barely made it there but on the way back my Xterra started overheating on the hill back up. Now for context myself and my blue heeler have now been in my car now in 90° weather for 4 hours. I waited for it to cool off drove it down to the AutoZone. When I walked in I met Robbie the manager. He is such a joy and helpful and kind. He invited me and my dog inside gave us water and we looked at my radiator and my thermostat may be not working correctly. He literally walked out to the car and examined things. Gave me advice on how to check to see if the thermostat is working correctly once the car cools off. He put coolant in it and recommended an extra additive to keep it even cooler. The entire time the employees and the customers really enjoyed my blue heeler and he felt right at home. It was such a relief after a horrible day and we were overheated and completely stressed out. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable and being a store manager speaks volumes of his experience. I don't know how many auto parts stores I walked into in the past and they have no clue they just sell you something. I can honestly say I got more free advice from him that if I had taken it to a dealership and they put me on a waiting list for 3 weeks to do a diagnostic LOL and then charge me $500 😂. We made it all the way back to our Campground in 95° weather at a high elevation bumper to bumper at 65 miles an hour and my car didn't even get past the Midway zone on the temperature gauge. Upper management gives his team a raise give him a bigger promotion because he honestly could teach customer service and knowledge to all the other stores and people that don't know what they're doing.   Olivia F was the most helpful person ever!! We needed a headlight changed and she found us the parts and changed it for us. She was so kind and gave us the best experience!!!!

  Phenomenal service from the staff! They helped diagnose our check engine light, and then provided a funnel and napkins to refill our coolant. Best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts store!
