It seems like they are barely using any soap during the wash cycle. I’ve come here twice now thinking maybe it was just a one-time issue, but both visits were the same. Compared to other Mister Car Wash locations I’ve used, this one feels like they’re trying to cut corners, possibly to save on soap. The difference is noticeable, and it affects the overall quality of the wash. My car just doesn’t come out as clean as it should. I understand businesses need to manage costs, but this is one area where they shouldn’t be cheap. Customers expect a consistent experience, especially from a well-known brand. I hope management looks into this and brings this location up to the same standard as the others.
