    The customer service here is phenomenal. Ryan answered all my questions and made the whole experience welcoming. He also gave us a free car scent freshener and went out of his way to make sure all the clean rags were fully stocked.

    I love this location and the employees are super helpful and friendly. Super convenient and I have now purchased a monthly pass -thanks for the help Gaby. She was helpful and made the sign up super easy. I go through the wash at least 2 times a week and love how clean my vehicle is.

    Do not expect clarity or cooperation if your vehicle is damaged during a wash. I believe their equipment caused a crack in my windshield. As we entered the wash, we heard something strike the vehicle - loud enough to scare my daughter. I stopped to check and used one of their towels to wipe down the car, focusing mostly on the sides, thinking the impact had occurred there. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to inspect the windshield. I drove home - a five-minute trip and parked in the garage. Later that evening, when we took the car out, we noticed the crack in the windshield. We have a camera on the windshield; however, it did not capture the crack and was immediately covered with soap at the start of the wash, so it's not useful. They refused to provide video footage from their cameras, stating they can only release it to my insurance company or the police. They claimed the footage they reviewed showed no crack when the vehicle entered or exited the wash. However, they also made a revealing statement: even if the crack occurred during the wash, they wouldn’t take responsibility, as they believe such damage results from pre-existing conditions. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a customer since the location opened, but I’ve now canceled my membership and don’t plan to return.
