  We just got memberships for Christmas and it is 100% WORTH I every penny! Their service is fast, our cars look amazing every time and the complimentary rags are very helpful.

  By far the worst car wash I've been to. Pulling up is so confusing at this location. You have to pull in on only 1 side by taking another road to even get to the car wash. The attendant that checked me in seemed so bored and had a flat tone. I told him I wanted a single wash, he said which one? When I tried explaining, he didn't specify and asked the same question. Seemed like he didn't care and was not nice. Then pulling my car into the wash the guy guiding me was pointing for me to steer more left to align with the track. As I was slowly driving to align with the track he starts pointing aggressively and making facial expressions like he was angry. I told him I am turning left, but he was very short and aggressive with me. Overall my experience can be summed up into bored, impatient staff that didn't want to be there and didn't care to explain the difference in washes. Not a place to go unless you wanna leave feeling like crap for wanting to wash your car and confused.

  Today! Kid at the front threw a major attitude. Young male Caucasian, slight goatee, eye glasses and dark brown hair. Stopped before we go to the funeral home—YES ITS THAT KINDA DAY!! He asked my wife what membership, she said a single wash and be he rebuttal, “it’s only” I interrupted and said, “sir we only want the single.” He made faces, continued the transaction for the single and at the end, yelled into the car, stuck his stupid head nearly through the window, cause I’m in the passenger side, bugged his eyes out at me “HAVE A GOOD DAY MAAAAAAMMM” loud and emphatic! Word to the wise, check your ego kid. Your fake smile, fake gentleman like behavior can only get you so far. Your true colors, ALWAYS come out like it did today. Thanks for confirming why I have Mister Carwash on my car and company vehicles.

  The staff there is amazing! I was over at quinch it by them and my dog escaped out of my car and ran. One of the employees (never got his name) jumped into action and started going after him. He helped me to get him back. I love that he jumped into action without any hesitation. I am so grateful that he did that.

  What was intended to be a quick wash turned into a huge blessing for me. I accidentally locked myself out of my running vehicle, and that's when John appeared like an angel in disguise. I could have easily spent a couple of hundred dollars on a locksmith, but John graciously came to my rescue. He used his personal rescue kit to help me unlock my car. He didn't have to; he could have simply gone about his business and let me handle it, but he chose kindness instead. The world truly needs more people like John. Thank you so much! Because of dedicated employees like John, I will be a forever customer of this Quick Quack location. God bless!
