The way that Eric and mister Car wash took care of me in a timely fashion was outstanding. I got my mirror replaced in less than two days. Very happy.

I paid for the highest tier service, and after it was completed my vehicle was still dirty. They kindly allowed me to go through a second time — the front improved, but the back half was still not fully cleaned. After two attempts, I expected better results. I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

I got the second up from the base package to wash off the road gunk after driving in the snow yesterday, and it's still all over my car. The blow-drying just spread it out to dry and leave splotches and spots all over.
