  Leaky roof dripping on all edges water runoff, gas pump handles leak gas on the floor.

  I was looking for some higher octane (91+) fuel, and decided to call this location. A young woman answered and I asked what the octane ratings for their fuels were. Most common are 88 for Ethanol free, and 87+ for gasoline with ethanol in it. The young woman stated she didn’t know. I could hear her ask her coworkers if they knew what octane values they sold. They didn’t know, and a third coworker stated she didn’t even know what that was. “Do we sell octane?” Unbelievable. Either your employees are incredibly stupid, they don’t care, or are improperly trained. Let’s go with the third option. Please spend 30 seconds more training your employees and educating them a bit more about the primary product you sell. I don’t think this is an unreasonable ask. As always, it starts at the top.
