We had a dead car in the high school parking lot, drove over to AutoZone with a picture of the dead cars battery, they were able to find the right battery. They started walking me through how to install it. When they saw the look on my bewildered face, they ended up just sending a sweet, well trained local high schooler to come and install it for us. Tipped him well, and I am super grateful for their help! They went the extra mile and they didn’t have to!
- LKLIZ KEARNSSep 29, 20255.0We drove our Nissan Frontier Truck from Smith-Moorehouse Reservoir to Heber and had issues along the way. We stopped at Auto Zone in Heber where we were helped by Jason. We did a diagnostic on it which didn't show an issue but, he listened to us about what had been going on with the truck. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so grateful to Jason for his help especially since we came from out of town and needed to get the truck back. I went back into the store to buy a phone charger while we were waiting for the truck to cool down and was helped by another person. Sadly I didn't get his name but, he was great. You have an great store and your employees are amazing! Thank you!!

Fantastic kid! 🙃🤙🏾😊 He helped diagnose the problem from the diagnostics report (for my Honda Odyssey 2004 van) and I used that information to share with my mechanics today, to fix the van, and so far so good. Cooper was not only helpful, he was patient and kind. Have driven from Ogden to Heber to referee a Wasatch high school JV and varsity women's soccer games, I needed to figure out what the problem is with my van because I still needed to go to Orem. I appreciate the employees there being patient with me especially since the store was about to close. Kudos to Cooper! -Keenan A
