  The employee that helped us was super unfriendly and wasn't wearing a name tag. We asked for the windshield wipers and he angrily grabbed a random pair. At least they were the right size, but he was really grumpy about it and didn't greet us when we walked in either. Im a manager at the north ogden autozone and was disappointed in the service. We came in around 7 pm and hope to see better service in the future.

  AutoZone saved me today! We had a dead car in the high school parking lot, drove over to AutoZone with a picture of the dead cars battery, they were able to find the right battery. They started walking me through how to install it. When they saw the look on my bewildered face, they ended up just sending a sweet, well trained local high schooler to come and install it for us. Tipped him well, and I am super grateful for their help! They went the extra mile and they didn’t have to!

  We drove our Nissan Frontier Truck from Smith-Moorehouse Reservoir to Heber and had issues along the way. We stopped at Auto Zone in Heber where we were helped by Jason. We did a diagnostic on it which didn't show an issue but, he listened to us about what had been going on with the truck. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so grateful to Jason for his help especially since we came from out of town and needed to get the truck back. I went back into the store to buy a phone charger while we were waiting for the truck to cool down and was helped by another person. Sadly I didn't get his name but, he was great. You have an great store and your employees are amazing! Thank you!!
