After waiting my turn they got to my vehicle, the guy that did the emissions test seemed to be more entrusted in talking on his cell phone than doing what he was supposed to do, he finally got to the test and we was out of there. I have decided NOT to ever go back. I have gone to this Jiffy Lube once before a few years ago and had a VERY BAD experience with an oil change, it doesn't seem like it has gotten any better. O well, there are a lot of other places to have my vehicle serviced.

It must’ve slipped her mind and she didn’t tell me so I was in a super rush once I did find out because my apartment complex was threatening to tow my car if I didn’t get it registered with three business hour notice, even though I was having a hard time and not pleasant with the staff, they went above and beyond to help me and get it done quickly and be so patient and nice to me! They are really doing a good job there every single one of them. I usually go to a different shop south of here but not anymore. I will be going to that location from now on five stars! Good job guys!

But that is to be expected. So please be thoughtful and patient. It takes time & stuff does come up unexpectedly that needs to be dealt with. I am very thankful to them for my emissions yesterday.
