  I originally went to one of those stay in your car 15 minute oil change places, but there was nearly a two hour wait so I drove over to this Harrissville Jiffy Lube, thinking I was going to have to stand outside because I had my dog with me. They got me right in and let me stay in the car with my dog. The service people were friendly. It seemed a little pricey for an oil change, but I was able to find a coupon online. I still have never paid $150 for an oil change. But because of the friendly service and wait time I would go again.

  The group of guys working this morning made the day great! They were friendly caring and kind. They didnt try to take all my money they physically showed me my filters and how bad they were! I tend to struggle with Jiffy Lube but this location makes me come back every time. I genuinely like the employees and store! They are the reason I come back!

  This is hands down my favorite jiffy lube. I have been to many and I swore not to come back to the chain after I had someone be blatantly sexist towards me when I came in for an oil change, but asked if they could look at the car because I was pretty sure the clutch was going out. He sat for a second before going "ma'am, do you even know what a clutch is?" I was livid and left. Needless to say I did not get any work done with them. This one has more than made up for it both times I've come. They are not pushy about ANYTHING, never try to sell me anything, they are so nice, they just accept that I can do things with my car and I know what I'm doing, and they always try and help you out. First time I came in for an oil change and brought my own stuff for it (I normally do them myself but I needed to get it done and didn't have the time to do it). They helped me out and did a discount. I came back the next day with Dominos pizza for them and they gave me a coupon booklet for the year as a thank you. This time I came for my emissions testing and on the spot renewal. Asked if I needed an oil change as well. I mentioned I do them myself and he double checked to see if I had any concerns with my car in general, but was happy to just do emissions ($35) when I said it was up to date on everything. Done in minutes and the on the spot renewal website was down so he said to come back and they'd take off the fee for doing the renewal there since I had to come back to do it. These were different people both times. I love this location so much.
