- SCSiobhan CordovaJun 17, 20251.0Popped by to grab a pizza and a couple energy drinks on 06/16. The pizza needed a few moments, so no issue. (The cashier at pizza counter was sweet)! Grabbed the pizza, grabbed my energy drinks, then went to pay. Cashier wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t greet me one bit, but got my stuff paid for and left. Got home about 5 minutes later, grabbed my drinks and noticed one my of energy drinks had popped. My husband went to go exchange the drink and cashier just shut my husband down not even 15 seconds into him asking for an exchange. She said you left the store and we can’t exchange or refund. Cashier wasn’t helpful, nice, or even concerned. She didn’t give my husband the light of day and brushed him off. This isn’t the first, second, or third time the customer service has been a compete disappointment. We won’t be purchasing here again.
