However, I was informed that even though my car year is exempt from emissions in Utah, I would need to get emissions done because of the delay. The staff member offered to help me with that, but I declined and chose to register my car through Renewal Express instead. Surprisingly, there was no mention of needing emissions if you’re late. I recommend verifying the requirements before spending money on unnecessary services.
- TPTodd PeetersOct 23, 20251.0Technician (Will) was vaping inside my truck. Asked him not to and then he laughed about it when addressing his manager and said it was an accident. The technician then went below the vehicle in the bay and proceeded to stare directly at me for several seconds. I escalated to the manager as I was concerned the technician might do something to intentionally damage my vehicle. The manager said they record video of all cars/work. When I asked for video he said it was not available. The technician gave me another stare at the end of my oil change. I felt the entire experience was inappropriate and felt threatened by the technician. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I’d recommend any other location, but would stay away from this particular Far West Jiffy Lube.
