  Placed an online order for a breakfast burrito. Arrived to the gas station to be informed that there were no kitchen workers although my order had been placed successfully on the website, so my food was not made. No big deal. I needed to get to work so I figured I could get my refund online later since the order had been placed online, but when I called later they said I have to come in store to get my refund. I already wasted my time driving there this morning for nothing, so to drive all the way there again just for a $5 refund isn’t really worth it, just a double inconvenience. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional, the low rating is solely due to the policy of making me come to the store in person to refund an order I placed online.

  Stopped for a drink and was greeted by three staff. Was in and out in less than 2 minutes even though the store was busy.
