  Great service. Went to get a new headlight bulb, and asked if they’d install it (because I have RA and it’s hard to use my fingers sometimes.) Manager came out to check whether it was halogen or not, noticed it was a little loose, tightened it, and the bulb worked. Saved me $100. Thanks!

  Go elsewhere for a battery. The warranty is bogus. The staff will just give you the run around. I just bought a battery recently and it's not holding a charge. They said it needs to be charged to test it for the exchange. Eh hem, the battery is not holding a charge, sooo.... They try their best not to honor the battery warranty. Terrible experience at Ephraim Autozone.
