  The workers are super nice and got me taken care of quickly. Just be careful as you might be sold on something that you might not need. Was told I may want to replace cabin filters which I replaced only a few months ago. I’m sure it’s just the business model (upselling). No hate to the workers they were super helpful.

  The employee who did the inspection emission opened the gas tank cap, but when putting it back, did not tighten it or ensure that it was properly closed. This was completely negligent.

  Man I’ll tell you what. I had emissions and decal done here this morning and I was in and out in 20 min. Fast and friendly service.

  Over an hour to finish a 15 minute emissions test. Car was done after 15 minutes but they couldn’t find my car keys. They were sitting in the cup holder. Sat for over an hour until I finally asked what the issue was. They just simply chose to not call my name because they couldn’t find the key.

  Went in for a vehicle registration. While I waited, I overheard people being told that there were no stickers for this month, so they couldn't do registrations. I asked and was told I wouldn't be able to get my registration done. When they pulled my car out at my request, I suggested that they tell people about this when they come in. I was told that they decided not to mention that in case they could do emissions tests (I didn't need one this time and told the person that when I checked in). I suppose I should have come in the front door instead of pulling my car in, but I felt like they should have notified me that the service I requested wasn't available before I waited for 1/2 hour (would have been longer if I hadn't overheard).
