  Quick and easy expirence. I appreciate how they let me come in and just pay to use the vaccumes if I need to. (Very cheap). Jaiden made it easy!

  ***Updated*** I’ve been a longtime customer of Quick Quack Car Wash and overall I’ve had a generally positive experience. The location is easy to get in and out of, the wash does a solid job if you stay consistent, and the free vacuums and towels are a nice touch. I do appreciate the company taking the time to respond to my original review. However, their reply mostly explained how introductory marketing works rather than addressing the core concern I raised which is the lack of meaningful recognition or value for long-term members. I understand how promotions are used to attract new customers. That wasn’t the issue. The issue is that loyal members continue to see prices rise while new-customer incentives are heavily advertised, and there doesn’t appear to be clear, tangible appreciation for the customers who have been paying month after month for years. The response mentioned loyalty emails and perks like birthday coupons and referral discounts. I personally have never received a loyalty email or birthday offer, so if those programs exist, they are not very visible or effectively communicated. I still think this business could easily be a 5-star experience. The convenience and wash quality are solid. But long-term customers want to feel valued not just marketed to. For now, I’m adjusting this to 3 stars to better reflect the overall experience. ****Original**** I’ve been a customer of Quick Quack Car Wash for quite a long time, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The location is fairly easy to get in and out of, which makes it convenient when you’re running errands or short on time. The wash itself does a solid job if you go regularly and keep up on it. I also really appreciate the free vacuums and the rags they provide to dry your car afterward. That’s a nice touch and makes it easy to finish the job right there. My biggest and I mean BIGGEST complaint is that the company doesn’t seem to take care of their existing customers. They consistently offer deals and promotions to new customers, but loyal members don’t get much appreciation. Especially since we are the ones who keep the lights on. To top it off, prices keep going up while the services offered seem to be going down. That part is very frustrating. This could easily be a 5-star experience if they focused more on rewarding the customers who have been with them for years. Since I can’t give 3.5 stars, I’m giving 4.
