I recently visited this Jiffy Lube for an emissions test, and what I witnessed from the manager, Brian (wearing a name tag that said “Nick”), was extremely unprofessional. As I pulled up, the employee helping me was repeatedly yelled at, cursed at, and belittled by Bryan right in front of me. Instead of correcting or teaching, Bryan chose to humiliate his employee in public, raising his voice and continuing to vent his frustrations even as he walked away. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior for a manager in any workplace. This raises some serious questions: - How does berating an employee in front of customers add value or teach anything productive? - Do you realize how damaging this behavior is to your own reputation and the image of Jiffy Lube as a whole? - And why the conflicting name tag “Nick” instead of Brian? Is that an attempt to avoid accountability? Do better. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I was confident my car didnt need that stuff yet but they really pushed and genuinely scared me into thinking my car was on the brink of falling apart... I waited and took my car to 2 other opinions - they both said my car was fine and didnt need tire, brakes or anything else for quite a while! Plus the original prices were going to be over the double the price of the other places I visited... I won't be coming back....
