- MDMaria DomingoDec 21, 20251.0Dominic treated my father and I so rudely. We went to the store to purchase a correct caliber (mistakes were made, but that is okay) DOMINIC would not sell us one. When I told him there was no need to get hostile he said I am not getting hostile, he spoke loudly to me and refused to sell us a part. After calling him out on the way he was treating us, he said “ you can go buy this at another store” this is when his coworker stepped in and helped us. DOMINIC should not be working customer service, or be at this store. Very rude and very unpleasant person.

I asked the supervisor on duty to come with me to my car so he could see a hose I wanted to buy, and he said NO. Next time I'll go to the one in Saratoga. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped troubleshoot every challenge I was running into. Thanks to them, I was finally able to get the battery replaced and my car running again. These guys were awesome — perfect score from me! Highly recommend this AutoZone.
