The first time my husband was trying to get parts for his car and the man made fun of his church clothes and told him the model of his car was "lame". Tonight after my husband had been working through his frustration, while he was trying to fix his car, he resigned to take a trip to AutoZone to get a new part. The man working there refused to look it up and told him that they just didn't have it. We called the AutoZone in Saratoga Springs, they were more than helpful and got us the part within minutes of the phone call. Frustrating experience both times. I would love to see a change since it's such a convenient location. I would just try to avoid it for now and drive the extra few blocks of Saratoga Springs if I were you.

Every time either myself or a family member has gone here and needed help finding something he always has something to say to make you feel dumb and he has actually laughed at me on several occasions! I have never been treated this terribly at a business. It is literally every single time! I will be filing an official complaint about him! This person should not be a manager, let alone working in any customer service position
