  My husband and I wanted to sell our trailer and chose RV Utah. From the first call with Natalie, the process was fast and we were given the choice of putting the trailer on consignment or selling it outright. All information was given to us so we could make the best decision for us. We chose to sell outright, and Natalie was always available to answer any and all questions. Very friendly and professional staff, especially the young ladies who greet you inside the store. We would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Natalie.

  I recently sold my 5th wheel and had an excellent experience working with Natalie. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step of the process seamlessly. Everything went smooth from start to finish.   Worst decision I made, taking my toy hauler there. The posting to sell didn't go up for ~30 days and, when it finally did, they posted pics of the wrong unit. Took days for them to correct, and then it was just the few pics I provided. Unit didn't get the "Promised" services (Interior/Exterior detail, wax and buff, etc...) until month ~3 when, finally, pics you would expect were taken and posted. The electricity master was left on so both batteries went completely bad. It sat on the lot for 10 months with zero communication from them. I initiated any/all communication. Finally, worn completely down, I accepted their "Buy it now" offer--took a serious bath (As expected) on that, but then the real fun began-the complete inspection. ***Expect a detailed bill for EVERYTHING, regardless of fault--that comes off your "Profit"*** Even the direct sale was extremely frustrating, taking a week longer than promised. In retrospect, I should have known: Camping World---Run, don't walk, away. I encourage you to explore all other options first and, if you do go there, ensure your "Patience" tank is full.
