  DeeAnn was fantastic. Her RV experience, personal and professional, were invaluable to us newbies. We are so grateful for the effort she took to be sure we k ew what was needed to get us started on the right foot.

  I had a very disappointing experience at General RV Center in Draper. Last week, I found a trailer I really liked and even submitted an offer. The team told me they would get back to me, so I left the dealership excited and showed the trailer to my wife when I got home. I noticed it was marked as “pending” on their website, so I assumed my offer was being reviewed. The next day, when I called to follow up, they told me the trailer had already been sold. They had pulled my credit, had me fill out an entire application, and in the end none of it meant anything. The customer service was poor, and it felt like no one there was actually working on behalf of the customer. There were plenty of employees standing around, but very little real assistance or communication. Honestly, it seems like the owner has no idea how disconnected and unorganized the staff is. Very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location.

  Purchased a used RV from General RV. All staff were courteous and polite. We paid 1495.00 for a complete inspection done by the dealership prior to our arrival. We arrived a week later to find many obvious items not found in their "thorough" inspection. After agreeing to repair several items, many of the repairs failed within the first two days or were found to be incomplete. Its obvious we weren't a priority to them and they just wanted another sale. My advice is to get a private third party inspection done...with any dealership.

  The entire team was great to work with! We had DeeAnn Brown do our delivery inspection and she was very friendly and thorough. She was also very patient with all of our question this is our first RV. Michael Naylor helped with finance and was extremely helpful walking us through the process. John was also very kind and welcoming. We took our dogs to our pickup and everyone was so kind and caring with them too! It was definitely a great experience. 👍🏽

  Overall, each of the team was very helpful, and wanted a win-win result. That’s what we got! They accommodated our requests with a compromise, and we negotiated with a compromise. The transaction was smooth, and explained to us at every step. Even in the midst of some in-house remodeling. We both came out a winner!! Thank you Brycen, Mike, Jack and All the Staff!!
