Was told it would 2-2.5 hours over the phone with the calibration they would need to do. Arrived at 9:30 to be told it could take up to 3-4 hours. My wife was there for a little over 4.5 hours. They didn't even begin work on the car until an hour after she arrived. What's the point of appointment?! Give your customers an accurate eta on when the car will be done the first time!

They were able to recommend an auto body shop to do the welding needed, arranged for them to pick up my vehicle and then did a mobile replacement of my windshield at the auto body shop. They even gave me a ride home because I couldn't safely drive my car! I came back to have a different car's windshield replaced and had the same great experience.
