We purchased our 5th wheel from these guys at the 3nd of July 2025. As of Today Nov. 26, 2025 we still have not received out plates or title. I have called several time and get nothing but a run-a-round. Not sure what I have to do to get this resolved, call the cops and DMV.

My wife and I got our first rv from Jon Grimes! He was able to help me find something with my beer budget on champagne taste! Overall was very patient and helped us through the process. After a few weeks of inexperienced driving I had to bring it back tothe service dept to align some things. They were great and got it finished alot faster than they said. Overall highly recommend John and his crew at RV Utah

BEWARE!!!
I don't usually write any reviews, let alone a one star, but, these guys are worthy of the effort. If you like being jerked around and lied to, they are a good fit.
I was appalled when they posted my RV for sale. I don't know how they came up with the description, but, they made it up. They advertised it as never having pets. That's a lie and potentially a health risk for those who might be severely allergic. So many more examples to list, but, safe to say I regret ever trying to do business with these people. Patron at your own risk.

Approach this business with patience and caution.
I consigned my fifth wheel with RV Utah in July under a clear understanding of the agreed sale price, which was set at a break-even point. I recognize that fifth wheels depreciate and that a business must earn a profit, but based on market research, a break-even price was reasonable.
I didn’t hear anything for several months until late September, when I was told there was an offer that was $10,000 below the agreed price. I declined. A few days later, I was informed the buyer had increased their offer but still required me to reduce my price by $2,000. Although that no longer met the original terms, I agreed in good faith to move the process forward.
From that point until early October, communication was vague and confusing. When the dealership first called requesting a 10-day loan payoff, I believed they were still trying to make the deal work and simply gathering information in case the sale went through. The statements made to me during prior discussions—such as “we’re still trying to get the deal to work” and “the buyer is putting more on his credit card”—led me to believe negotiations were ongoing, not finalized.
A few days later, I was called again and asked about the 10-day payoff. Feeling that a sale might be imminent, I asked about retrieving my hitch adapter and license plates. That’s when I was told the trailer was no longer on the lot. This was the first time I realized it had already been sold and released to the buyer. I had assumed that everything was still in negotiation but that things were starting to look good. No written notice or sale confirmation had been provided.
Weeks later, I discovered my loan had still not been paid off, and I began to wonder if the sale had fallen through because I hadn’t heard anything else. I was understandably nervous about what was going on—especially since they had already said the trailer was delivered to the buyer. If the buyer’s financing had fallen through, I had no idea where that would have left me or how I would get the trailer back.
When I contacted the dealership, I was told a check had been sent and possibly rejected. After contacting my lender directly, I learned no check had been received. This delay caused additional accrued interest, which I had to pay before the payoff was finally processed.
After researching Utah’s consignment laws (Utah Code § 41-3-803), I found that a dealer must notify the consignor in writing of any renegotiated sale price and, once sold, must provide written notice within seven days. Neither of these occurred in my case.
I have filed a complaint with the Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division (MVED) to review the matter. If you have had a similar experience, you may wish to contact MVED as well.
For anyone considering RV Utah, do your research, review Utah’s consignment laws, and read customer feedback before signing.
I Purchased a Motor Home first part of May and it is September 22, 2025 now and I do not have plates for my Motor Home. I have gone, so many times to get permits So I can drive my Motor Home. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They’re really nice when you’re trying to buy something, but once you purchase, They Dont even want to talk to you. I am about to have to call an attorney. The sale was the same. I have had to wait for everything since I purchased this. The reason. I didn’t return is because I traded my . Trailer, and now I’m stuck with this. It has water damage inside. The loan was a nightmare. for two months I was paying on my trailer and the motorhome because they will not pay off the Trailer.
