  The customer service us horrible, membership was supoosed to be cancelled and they charged me. When I emailed them , they say they cannot refund it due to their policy. I will never get another membership here

  The main problem is at multiple locations is that they disable the roller brush that covers the top surfaces from following the contour of the car. I asked once and they said it is because the car has a roof rack and that the brushes can rip them off. That roller brush does not turn off it just won't touch the other surfaces so they stay dirty. What I don't get is the very top where the roof rack is located, still receives the brushing action. So the roof rack tear off excuse does not make sense.

  DO NOT GO TO QUICK QUACK. Unless you like getting your car scratched beyond belief. I just bought my car this week and decided it was time to get a car wash. So I tried quick quack for the first time and when I got to harmons I noticed that it had a huge scratch on the hood and tons of tiny scratches along the sides. In addiction to this my windshield and passenger door were still dirty. So if you’re looking for a good place to get a car wash try any other business. My family and I will never be returning to a quick quack, along with anyone I can share this story with.
