- CKChris Knoch1 day ago1.0STAY AWAY! Heavily damaged our car and did not take responsibility. For context, we have a roof rack. We've used them as members for years. The operator needs to press a button to disengage the top spinning brush. The operator didn't. It RIPPED the roof rack off and heavily damaged the roof. They refused to accept responsibility for this. Extremely shady business. Again. STAY AWAY! They were closed three of the last four times we tried to use them.

She really made me feel heard about the needs for my specific car. (I have a lot of off-roading equipment on my car). I also bought a towel, and it’s really nice quality. Overall 10/10. I will definitely be returning.

Undercarriage blaster in the touchless has been broken for months (most important part of a wash in the winter!!!), the spotless rinse is always broken in the self service bays, and their new touch screen card readers are inoperable garbage. Unfortunately, they’re the closest wash and I’m dumb enough to keep going back.
