  Technicians at the Herriman location were amazing. Every where I've taken my car they seem not tightened my drain plug and tighten my oil filter enough and i leak oil a week later. These guys did an amazing job and I have had no issues. They didn't try and sell me on my air filters that were in good shape. Everywhere else trys to gets me to change my air filters every oil change when not needed. Amazing service.

  Dishonest hustlers at worst undertrained employees at best. I went i. To grease monkey for their free break check. After their team looked at my car they came back and told me I needed 4 brake pads 4 rotors and 4 brake pad kits with labor the total was about $1500. This seemed excessive I asked to see the damage and wear that justifies this and was walked to the parking lot and shown my can on the ground and they proceeded to show me the front of one wheel ) nothing to do with breaks) following my gut I went to jiffy lube 1 block away. Where they showed me a gauge and where my break pads were. My rear break pads had half of their life left the front breaks needed new pads and when the passenger side needed a new rotor they showed me the actual damage. Total cost $350! Grease monkey you need to do better at training your staff and or ensure they are being honest with your customers!

  We took our car in for a license inspection and licensing. It had been sitting for over two months and didn't pass omissions testing. They told us to drive it around for a while and then bring it back for testing. We didn't realize that. It helped a great deal.

  Too bad 1 star is the minimum review. I'd been to this shop with my mom ad a kid and I fondly remember the cookies and sodas they had in stock, so I trusted this shop when I took my car in for emissions. After the failed my car, the technician let me know I hadn't passed the visual inspection. The issue was that she claimed my car needed an additional catalyst when it came stock with only one, which I proved when I brought my old setup to the shop. Determined to prove her claim, she showed me the emissions book and where the index has declared I needed two cats. However, she didnt even cite the correct car, she quoted 3 different engines from the one I had and we eventually left. Later I come to find that they hadn't even tested my car on the right engine and had used the pzev model which requires two cats while mine only demands one. This establishment has taken a turn for the worse and I wouldnt come here again ever, tried a different shop and passed no issues. Tl;dr the staff doesn't know a thing about car engines and will try to lie to take your money

  I was very impressed with the service I received from Grease Monkey in Draper. Zack took great care to explain everything that would be done to my car, my options and the prices for each.
