I understand things happen and I’m sorry this happened but the way it was handled was not the way I would have handled it. To sit there for almost 4 hours while waiting on a part that your tech broke was unacceptable. I believe it was fair to give me some sort of discount not just offer me $25 off and to come back and only give me $50 off was a slap in the face… your service was a joke and I’m considering getting my lawyer involved
