    We had a great visit with Brett Bam Bam. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating during our visit. We left with no feeling of a hard sale and he gave us the space we needed for discussion. We will be back when we have a clearer picture of our needs.

    All i can say is wow! Let it be known, i havent purchased a new RV from this location. But i know that i am going to buy from this store. Not because of inventory, (which they seem to have the largest selction), not because they have a certain brand(which they basically have them all) not because of the price(which seems to be the most competitive rates) its because of the service that i had experienced. There were two individuals in particular that had made my experience such a great experience. Jessie and John, jessie was so knowledgable of her inventory, not just the price, but all the fun things that trailers have, and her knowledge of the vehicle that can actually tow these rigs. The trailer i want is a bit larger than what my current outfit can tow, i thought for sure i would need to buy a ford 550 or something. But she presenting my with some amazing facts about the other trucks that can pull what i want. Time to trade the ol F150. If you get s chance to go to the draper store, i highly suggest you ask to speak with jessi. Super fun, super knowledgable, and makes you not feel like you are their paychck. Im excited to do business with these guys.

    We appreciated the way Brett listened and understood what we were looking for in a trailer. He was able to meet all of our requests and keep us in budget! The whole process was easy and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

    I can't beam enough about the experience we had at the GENERAL RV in Draper Utah! We purchased a 2026 Brinkley G3250 and had a whole host of problems (most common to RVs) but including a catastrophic failure to one of the slides. Brinkley was great at getting parts and warranty approvals to General, so we appreciate Brinkley. But the folks at General went over and above to get our coach on the road. Major shout out to Fernando "Nando" our service supervisor. He is very knowledgeable and highly competent at his job. But, he was also always understanding and compassionate to us newbies and our stupid question. We also want to shout out to Dale, Woody, Yorkshire Dave, and all the techs who we didn't ge names, for all their exceptional service. THANK YOU ALL AT GENERAL RV DRAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
