  General RV has restored our faith in our purchasing and service experience! We have never had a better experience with an RV center in selecting, buying and servicing our new RV. We ran into multiple problems on our original purchase of a new model from Newmar. When Newmar refused to resolve the major issues, not warranted issues, General RV stepped up and helped us change into a Tiffin Phaeton. Weston Bird and Mike Malloy went beyond the extra mile to help us resolve the situation. While we still had to spend more than we originally planned, they were more than fair with our trade. I won’t go anywhere else if I can ever help it!

  Best purchasing experience ever. All the staff were friendly and helpful. From receptionist to manager all of them gave the details and information we needed before making a purchase. Never tried to push us in any direction. Very lucky to have employees who genuinely like their job and it shows. We have our RV home and to this point all is good.

  Amazing salesperson. Bam Bam was so helpful and so knowledgeable. We were in an out with a beautiful rig in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you BamBamRvman

  We came from out of state and they made the process so smooth and efficient. Bryson was great and Justin who showed us every detail of the trailer and was just a genuinely friendly knowledgeable guy. One thing I notice is that typically as a woman at dealerships they will address my husband, showing him the tech specs and equipment but not talk much to me- Justin explained everything to both of us equally which i appreciate so much! Great experience.

  Wonderful staff! They were very accommodating with our needs and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. This was our first RV and they made the process seamless. Look no further than General RV!!
