  I’m sorry but our situation was handled poorly. We rented a 15 passenger van two weeks ago. We show up today to be informed it’s not there but at a different location that’s not open on Saturdays. They could have informed us ahead of time so we could change plans but they did nothing. It seems like every other person in the lobby was missing cars as well. Not recommended. I feel bad for the staff because it’s not their fault (it’s an enterprise issue) but these employees were getting the worst of it.

  10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. I just returned my 6th rental from this office in the last 4 months and I have nothing but great things to say. Leslie the manager is amazing, I had reserved a luxury car for my last trip and called to see if it was possible to reserve an AWD luxury car. I planned to take a very long trip to the mountains of California and needed something AWD because they were expecting record snowfall. I was also traveling close to 2,500 miles so I needed something good on gas so an SUV or truck was not an option. I would be taking my 2 surfboards and skis so also needed something spacious. In just a days notice, Leslie was able to secure me a MERCEDES! It fit all my boards, my skis and it did AMAZING in the snow, I was getting around better than most with chains on and was very pleasantly surprised. The other half of my trip was on the California coast and that car was such a joy to drive and did 36 mpg! So much better than an SUV or truck, saving me so much money! The day after I dropped the car back off at the office, Leslie gave me a call asking me if I had a good trip and how the car was and if there was anything else she could help me with. She told me on the call that she was able to return the car early and REFUNDED me MORE than what she should have taking the total expense for the car down by $50. What a surprise, will only be renting from this office from now on.

  It was fast and quick. The manager was so helpful and she was so kind. She made ma customer for life. I will rent my cars from her in Draper from now on.
