  I have used enterprise car rental in Draper I think about four or five times maybe and every time I not only get a very nice car but Matt, I call him Matt. I know it’s Matthew, but he has always been such an amazing help to me. I’ve come in there not knowing about the security deposit and then had to go to my ATM to deposit cash, he has helped me with all of my situations. I’ve always been late getting to him and he always waits for me! I can never say enough about Matt he has gone way above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. I’ve rented maybe 1 car in my lifetime and I really didn’t know what to do, making everything a mess when I’d show up, but Matt also did a fantastic job explaining how the process works like the deposits, the gas policy and the extra insurance! And now he has helped my son who needs to travel to CA for work and he has helped him be able to get there. I really appreciate him for that extraordinary assistance! Thank you Matt from a very grateful family!!

  Best Enterprise experience I have had in my 8 loyal years from renting from them. I developed a good relationship with Tyler and Matthew from this office. I rented from them 3x in 3 weeks and they always try to find me the specific car I request since I have surfboards and they won't fit in most cars. The last time I rented, Matt tried to find me a Malibu most of the day and could not find me one. He had a couple free upgrades to suvs but I told them I preferred a car and once Tyler heard that he tossed me the keys to an Audi. What an upgrade, the kicker is that it actually fit the surfboards much better than any of the cars I have previously rented. What a phenomenal driving experience and it actually did better on fuel than the Malibu's i had been renting. What solid guys and great customer service.

  We honestly had the smoothest and most pleasant experience start to finish renting with Enterprise. I downloaded, shopped and booked on the app SUPER EASY. At pickup in draper the clerk was efficient and helpful. We even called with a few questions about the car while on our trip and our questions were quickly and kindly answered. Drop off was even easier. Will definitely use them again.

  The Audi A 5 is not a good ride for me. Extremely uncomfortable. Folks at thw Draper location are wonderful peeps. Matthew was a true pleasure to work with. My dissatisfaction was with the vehicle, not the folks
