Signed us in, super professional (he’s done this before :), personality and kindness. First car had a broken leaver on passenger side (oops), he put us in another car right away. One of those tasks was to figure out a rental car to get our family home. I ended up calling this Enterprise and was greeted by Matthew, who was great over the phone. I ended up booking a car online, and showed up 15 minutes later. Matthew was fantastic through the whole process and was honestly the biggest relief I had all day. He took a lot of stress out of an otherwise-chaotic situation. The car was in perfect shape, was relatively new, and was the perfect fit for our family. It got us home and overall it was a great experience. As a follow up, the Enterprise at my drop-off location in Idaho mis-entered my (after hours) return date. Matthew followed through, without being prompted, to make sure I was credited for the correct drop off time.

I know it’s Matthew, but he has always been such an amazing help to me. I’ve come in there not knowing about the security deposit and then had to go to my ATM to deposit cash, he has helped me with all of my situations. I’ve always been late getting to him and he always waits for me! I can never say enough about Matt he has gone way above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. I’ve rented maybe 1 car in my lifetime and I really didn’t know what to do, making everything a mess when I’d show up, but Matt also did a fantastic job explaining how the process works like the deposits, the gas policy and the extra insurance! And now he has helped my son who needs to travel to CA for work and he has helped him be able to get there. I really appreciate him for that extraordinary assistance! Thank you Matt from a very grateful family!!
