  We had an excellent experience at Camping World of Draper. From start to finish, the service was outstanding and completely no pressure, which we really appreciated. Isaac in sales was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful as we looked at options. Luc, the sales manager, made everything smooth and straightforward. Tom in finance explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. And Mike Andrus, the general manager, runs a great team — professional, friendly, and focused on customer care. Everyone we worked with was honest, respectful, and easy to talk to. We would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend Isaac, Luc, Tom, and Mike to anyone looking for a great RV buying experience. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

  Steve was awesome finding what we were looking for and very detailed oriented. If he didn’t know the answer he would find it. No playing “I know everything”. His manager took the time to do a deep dive into the unit we were looking at. Awesome experience!

  I bought a motorhome from these guys and it has turned into the worst thing I have ever done. Negotiated an out the door price with the salesman. Went back to sign the paperwork, thinking that I could trust that that was set in stone. Picked it up 2 weeks later. When I got home and went over the sales agreement, it was 23,000.00 dollars more than I negotiated with the salesman. So I went back and tried to talk about it with them, they refused to adjust the price. Tried twice. So I returned it and they are insisting that I can't do that. That i bought it and they won't take it back. It also doesn't have some things that i was told it had, like a on demand hot water heater, solar panels etc. I feel ripped off, deceived and disrespected. I would never buy anything from them and would warn anyone else who may want to. Beware of sneaky practices and check that you are getting the vehicle you want. And paying the price you agreed on.   I recently purchased an RV camper from camping world. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac. He was very professional and awesome to work with from the start to the end. If you’re going in, I highly recommend asking for him. I also worked with Mike Naylor and Glen in the finance department. They were super nice and great to work with. They were patient with me with all the questions I had to ask. I had Luc the sales manager work with me on the contract. There was some misunderstanding with the contract but he still gave me a good deal. All in all, it was a good experience and happy with my purchase. Only thing I can say is if you go in, be sure to communicate exactly what you want. They’ll definitely work with you!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Camping World, specifically with a representative named Isaac. During a discussion about price matching, he told me that I was “lucky to have an approval.” That comment came across as incredibly condescending and inappropriate, as if I should be grateful just to be allowed financing. Regardless of credit or approval status, no customer should ever be spoken to that way. The lack of professionalism and respect completely overshadowed the possible buying experience. I expect better communication and basic courtesy from a company of this size. This interaction alone has made me NEVER want doing business with Camping World. I will be telling everyone!
