  Very nice and friendly until you sign the papers, then it’s almost impossible to find help or someone who has the knowledge to answer your questions. I would think after the purchase of a $ 32,000 trailer and another$2,400 generator ,hitch, and accessories, I would at least get a hand loading the generator or taking it out to my vehicle, but the only hand they could manage to offer was a hand truck and a request to bring it back when I was done. Overall, pretty unimpressed with this being my first rv I was quite excited at the beginning of the process, and now I just want to get it off the lot and be done dealing with them.

  Buying our trailer at Camping World in Draper was a great experience from beginning to end. Isaac, the Sales Representative who assisted us, was incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us several options without rushing us, and explained everything in a way that made the whole process feel simple and stress‑free. Kelly, the manager, was wonderful as well, she kept everything organized and made sure each step moved along smoothly. Eric in finance also deserves recognition for finding an excellent rate and clearly walking us through all the paperwork. Everyone we met was friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping customers. I left very impressed with the entire team.

  If I could give zero stars for service department I totally would. I have worked in automotive service my whole adult life and this was rhe worst I have seen or experienced... I tok my trailer in for Jack's in rear front jack motors, fridge hinge broke and the drain for my water heater when I purchased it had a metal extension someone added before I bought it from camping world. Needless to say they had my 5th wheel 6 months told me it was done, when I got there and looked the water heater drain was not accessed, the new fridge only shown the foil insulation instead of a decorative piece and my celei3ng fan was broken im sure from bring in the fridge they installed because its a metal piece thats snapped in half. I took it and brought it back and when I picked it up weeks later the 2nd time the water heater drain was still not done and no one ever spoke up about the ceiling fan so obviously no one cared and my rear jacks that were brand new were inoperable I took it back again and they said the whole control board wills out.. out? Everything worked when I took it in besides the items I brought it in for... abiut a month later finally got it home again and they still have not fixed rhe water heater drain, addressed my fan and the second I looked up my water I had a huge leak behind my cupboard from a blown out line on the rear shower valve looks to me when they winterized my trailer while it was there they forget to open the outdoor shower valve and blew it apart... so now mobile repair 900.00 60 for a new faucet for my outdoor shower and hoping the water heater problem doesnt cause an issue later. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHIBG THERE FOR SERVICE EVER AGAIN.

  Be super careful when you buy used from this Camping World. We had several problems with the warranty that didn't match what they told us when we bought it. We purchased a used XLR toy hauler with a kitchen slide-out. This unit was fully inspected and working perfectly, we were told. We even paid extra for the walk-through from the service department to make sure the toy hauler was in working and proper condition to buy. This is known as Camping World's Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), a critical, often day-of-pickup, process meant to verify that new RV systems—appliances, plumbing, electrical, slides, and structural seals—are fully functional. After we bought it, we found out the slide-out was off the frame, and they'd used L-brackets to stick it back on. This hidden info was really upsetting and made us lose a lot of trust in their honesty about the unit's condition. While there have been other small letdowns, this one is the biggest. It's costing us $2000 to have this slide properly attached to the frame. Atached is the bill from st. George camping world. Cracks me up how they say customer installed l brackets more like the previous owners/seller's. I'd really recommend being extra careful, especially with used units. Even though they say they do full inspections, our experience suggests they might be rushing things to make a quick sale. Thanks for your message about the review. We actually talked to Draper Camping World after this, and they told me that if the roll-out goes in and out, you guys don't do a further inspection. That's why it's so sneaky to use those L-clamps. It rolled in and out fine until the L-clamps and screws came off the frame while driving. You act like you care, but you're not willing to do anything about it! Talk is cheap.Actions show more as of yet, you have not done anything to make up for this deceitfulness.

  My girlfriend and I recently purchased an RV, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. No confusion, no pressure, just straightforward and honest help. Overall, every single person we worked with played a critical role in making this a great experience. My girlfriend and I left feeling confident in our purchase and really appreciated how well everything was handled. If you’re looking to buy an RV, I would highly recommend working with this team.
