The Technician there performed a full vehicle review to ensure my new vehicle didn't have modifications that would fail the emissions test. Everything checked out correctly, and I got my emissions test. The technician was very helpful and friendly.

But the staff at this grease monkey killed it and made me feel confident and at ease even when doing an oil change on my GT500 which is a little more tricky than your typical car. Appreciate them listening and keeping me involved though put the process. Good communication is huge and was much appreciated.

Told me it would take until Tuesday to get the part but found one that could be shipped overnight and got it working the next day.

I did have one employee come up to the counter, but avoided me completely and just side eyed me while using the computer. There needs to be someone to handle customers while a team works in the vehicles like at other grease monkey locations I've been to. The place is also off putting and looks like it's NEVER been cleaned since it's opened and it smelled like a motel 6. Will not go to this location again and don't recommend this location to anyone else.
