They quickly took care of the emissions while I waited in their comfortable lobby. Family feud was playing on the tv. They didn't tell me till afterwards that they didn't have stickers and couldn't complete the registration. So I did it online, at their suggestion. It was easy enough, but I would have liked the transparency up front.

Not happy at all. I've been warned by my mom that they do some weird stuff. But, due to convenience, I took my car there and both times my car acted up after. First time, I knew that I was going to go grocery shopping after my oil change, so I emptied my trunk and my automatic truck door opened and closed just fine. after oil change I went shopping and the trunk door would not open. I called to see what they may have messed with to cause it to happen. They said that they never mess with that area, bring it in for a quote to get it fixed. I was mad. Instead, I checked Youtube and the first vid said that mechanics do this a lot. It was just a simple button they shut off. Flicked the button and it worked fine again. My husband took his car in and the suddenly the oil was leaking after leaving the shop. We took it back asking them to tighten it. They said it was completely stripped. We needed to replace it. They quoted us $600. Everywhere else quoted us more so we stayed with GM. When we picked it up, they charged us over $900. Higher than everywhere else. We decided to never again go back.

I asked them to put Castro 5w30 full synthetic oil. They came back a few minutes later and I again asked them if they put in Castro 5w30 because that’s what the prior owner had been using. They said they didn’t have Castro but stated they would put in Mobile full synthetic oil. When I went to pay the bill I saw they had put their own product in it instead and used a 5w20 weight instead. As a customer I would appreciate being consulted about what they are doing before they do it. O’reily’s was right next door where they could have obtained the oil I asked for but I was not updated on what was being done until I went to pay the bill. Now I am wondering if I really got full synthetic oil or something else. Had they talked with me before it was done and I was told they didn’t have what I requested my trust level would certainly be higher. I’m not sure if I will go back or not.

Awful. They are just as bad as jiffy Jube. I will admit, I should have just gotten my oil changed at Les Schwab Clinton but since my wife had to register her car, we wanted it to get all done in one place before a big trip coming up. They kept trying to upsale on everything. They even tried to convince her to put engine cleaner throughout vehicle since it was “so dirty” (my good friend a mechanic, just did a tune up/ oil change/ diagnostic/ service 5,000 miles ago) In the last THREE MONTHS, I changed the cabin air filter and wiper blades myself with premium ones. The tech proceeded to tell and try to convince my wife what bad shape her blades/ filter was. They tried to upsale her on 4 different items. At one point, another lady waiting for her car commented and said “wow, they are really trying to get you do buy that stuff aren’t they?” Dont send your significant other there. Don’t go there yourself. Completely lost our business.
