- SFSteven FollettSep 17, 20255.0I had a noise coming from the front passenger windshield pillar. I suspected some clips were broken and it would be a couple hundred dollar job with labor and parts. Take it in, I'm embarrassed I dont know his name, but a gentleman came out, he knew I was ignorant about this, and could have totally taken advantage of me as a lot of repair places do. He looked at it and with a couple hard pushes I hear a click and the pillar is secure. So what I thought I was going to shell out some money, they fixed for free. This seems small, but stuff like this makes me want to return if necessary, crossing me fingers I dont need a body shop soon, but if it happens, I will be returning to Gerber.
