Always closing hour a half before close. (Can’t pay cash). Dropped battery off night prior, they said it would be ready in the charged and ready in the morning. Showed up a few hours after opening and the battery is dead and not even put onto the charger. Will not be coming back ever Orileys > Autozone

I asked if they could replace it at that location and they told me they couldn’t and to try another location. I ended up at store 193 and had an excellent experience. Bailey and Brittany were so helpful in assisting me get a new battery and replacing it. My experience absolutely turned around after going there. I’ll be visiting store 193 for the rest of my auto needs!
