Got my Emissions done here and it went very smoothly. Had no problems. I took my infant daughter and they have a little play area where you can read books and play with chalk on a chalk wall. It was very chalky and dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months so it was pretty gross. That’s my only complaint.

My experience here was horrible. I had not even shut off my car before a man was at my door to take my keys. They had none of my information, there was no way for me to be in their system yet. I felt rushed out of my own vehicle. I went inside and told them that I wanted an oil change with full synthetic. Confirmed the price as $89.99 before they started working on it. I told them I did not want anything else done or checked on the vehicle as I am more than capable, just out of town with no tools or place to work on a vehicle. All I wanted was an oil change.
Shortly after, a member of the staff came in and told me that my oil plug had burnt oil in it and that I needed an “engine cleaning.” He swiped his finger on the plug, it was dirty oil at the most. He then listed their prices and tried to sell me on a $65 “engine cleaning.” An engine cleaning is cleaning the outside of an engine and the engine bay by wiping/scrubbing it down with degreaser. What I WOULD have needed if the problem was realistic, would be an engine flush to clear all deposits and the “burnt oil” from the engine. Not what they were trying to sell me on. They also wanted to replace the cabin air filter, something I can do myself, after I said ONLY an oil change please.
After the oil change was finished, they called for my car and I went up to pay. There was two cars of the same type in the shop, and I specified that mine had out of state plates. The guy at the counter read off what was done on my car, that being an oil change and an emissions test… my car is not registered in the state of Utah. Anyone reading this review that doesn’t know what that means, emissions tests are done on cars registered in the state. My out of state plates should have been a clear clue.
They ended up charging me $4.99 for “shop fees.” I asked what it was for and they said “pretty much rags and stuff.” I’ve never heard of a shop fee before, but if that a standard charge then I would have like to know when discussing the price with them. Not at the counter during the time to pay. I would be surprised if they did not realize they were going to use rags during an oil change, and feel that should have been disclosed previously.
I am young, I am a female, but that does NOT mean there is an opportunity to upsell me on things I do not need. Very unimpressed by the way I was treated, and frankly, not listened to. Explicit statements concerning what services I wanted and nothing more should NOT have been ignored and overlooked.

I was surprised to find out I could renew my registration while getting my oil changed. You saved me a trip and a lot of time. It was a quick turn around and they didn't say anything about my car being a mess...I am so sorry about that.

1st impression wasn't the best, I wasn't sure if the guy could comprehend what I was talking about with the coupons I had or othererewise, kinda weird. Inside of the store was cold, gloomy & dirty. When finished I had to ask for the sticker they usually place on your windshield as a courtesy to remind you of your next oil change.

Pulled in at 6:35 with an issue requiring testing. Thomas and Wade spent the next 40ish minutes running diagnostics and trying to figure out the problem with our car. They were very kind, very thorough, and explained everything. Neither made us feel as if it were a problem that they were supposed to close at 7 and it was nearly 7:20 when the situation was resolved. Those two made sure we were safe and things were taken care of before sending us on our way.
